The procedure to take the course

2.     Pay: pay the tuition using a credit or debit card.

3.     Take the course: just simply click the mouse, the course will proceed automatically (texts and video combined), 30 hours in total.

4.     Get the certificate: a certificate will be delivered to you electronically in minutes after successfully competition of this course.

 

What is the requirement to pass the course?

This course is 30 hours. You must complete within 90 days after started (after payment).

There are quizzes each chapter. After you completed all the chapters and answered all the quizzes right, and pass a final exam, you will pass this course. (you can take unlimited times of the quizzes and the exam until you pass)

Based on the state requirement, the course contents are:

Knowledge of Indiana motor vehicle statutes and administrative rules related to the operation of a motor vehicle.

Railroad-highway grade crossing safety.

3

Safe driving practices, including how to avoid drivers who display aggressive and unsafe behavior.

4

Driving techniques for different types of roads and road surfaces and for safe driving near pedestrians, trains, and other vehicles, including, but not limited to, cars, trucks, bicycles, motorcycles, and motor driven cycles.

Driver responsibility, including, but not limited to, automobile maintenance, insurance, use of safety belts and child restraints, passenger safety, and implied consent laws.

Defensive driving practices and techniques.

Accident reporting.

Mental attitudes and physical characteristics as related to the operation of a motor vehicle.

How driver use of alcohol, drugs, inhalants, or other substances affects driving ability.

Distracted driving, including the consequences of using cell phones and other hand held devices while driving.

Maintenance of a motor vehicle.

Handling of driver emergencies.

Driving skills, including, but not limited to, lane changing, lane positioning, signaling, merging, signage, highway markings, highway design features as they relate to safe driving, backing, and parallel parking.

Procedure for participation in the organ donation program.
